Frequently Asked Questions
My artwork is available in the form of prints and in the form of print-it-yourself files (downloadable digital image files). This a fairly new concept but one I love because it makes the artworks affordable and accessible instantly. If you prefer already-framed art, you can place a custom order here [Framing and shipping takes 2 weeks].
What is “Print-it-yourself”?
You will be able to download the art in the form of a .zip folder instantly after making payment. You can then print your new artwork directly from your home printer, or for more professional results have it printed at a nearby print shop.
What is a Zip file and how do I open it?
When you buy print-it-yourself artwork, it comes in international framing size options, so there is more than one file to download. Zip files are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make transporting, e-mailing, downloading and storing data and software faster and more efficient. To access the files, double-click on the .zip file and your computer will reveal the artwork files inside.
What size option do I print?
Choose the frame you’d like to use to put your art into, and then pick the correct aspect ratio from the files you downloaded after buying them. If you have any questions about this or need clarity please don’t hesitate to contact me here.
What kind of paper should I print on?
I recommend an art paper with a thickness of 280gsm or more for a quality result.
Can you print the art for me?
Absolutely, I sell all designs printed on high quality fine art paper and ship selected options in a postal craft tube. Shipping available worldwide. [Printing and shipping takes 1-2 weeks].
